Lifestyle coaching on nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mindset to support your overall progress.

Built-in accountability with optional weekly check-ins through video calls, plus direct access to me via the free personal training app, TrueCoach.

Monthly assessments to track progress, make adjustments, and ensure you stay on track toward your goals.

Live video training sessions coaching you through each exercise. Available on Basic and Premium plans. Daniel will be with you for your entire one-hour long workout via FaceTime or Zoom.

    I build every plan around you—your goals, your schedule, your experience level, and your lifestyle.

    You’re also not talking to AI or an automated system. You’re working directly with me, a trained professional who listens, adapts your program, and evolves it as you progress. This is real coaching, not a PDF.

  • All plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly subscription.

    This keeps things simple and flexible. No long-term contracts required. You can start, pause, or cancel based on your needs.

  • Every client starts with a consultation to make sure your plan is truly personalized.

    During this process, we will…

    From there, I will build your custom program.

    During the monthly call, we:

    • Review overall results and trends

    • Adjust bigger-picture strategy (training, nutrition, habits)

    • Reset or refine goals

    • Talk through any challenges in more detail

    Think of this as your strategy session, while the weekly calls are quick tune-ups.

  • Everything is managed through TrueCoach, a free dedicated coaching app available on iOS and Android.

    Inside the app, you can:

    • Track workouts, weights, and progress

    • Mark workouts as complete

    • View your full training plan anytime

    • Message me directly whenever you have questions

  • No problem.

    I will build your program around what you have access to—whether that’s a full gym, basic home setup, or no equipment at all.

  • This is a common and effective way trainers work with clients today. You get the structure and accountability of personal training with the flexibility to work out anywhere.

    During each session, I will be with you via FaceTime or Zoom the entire time. I can demonstrate movements, coach your form in real time, and adjust the workout based on how you are feeling. Nothing is pre-recorded or generic. Each session is tailored to you.

    Please note: if you need to cancel, make sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise that week’s live session will be forfeited.
